One project we just loved was developing a book trailer for Brian Preston’s book, Millionaire Mission.
Fun Fact: The book name was heavily inspired by one of the value props we developed for the brand. Daniel is a messaging magician and has been since his early eBay days.
Early in our relationship with Money Guy, we dug deep into brand strategy. That strategy informed everything from the updated identity to ongoing messaging. We always say brand strategy drives efficacy and efficiency – in this case, it provided us with the foundation we needed to knock this thing out (of the park).
Fun Fact #2: Micah designed the book cover and chapter art. We didn’t know at the time this thing was going to be a best selling book on basically all lists (but we had our suspicions). Good thing we always go hard.
The project was a collaborative effort: our team spent time on the initial ideation, storyboard, beats, narrative, creative direction, etc. all based on the book and Brian’s lived experience.
Once we had buy-in from the Money Guy team, we brought in our good friend Hans on the actual animation and custom soundtrack. Hans has an uncanny ability to make everything he touches unbelievably awesome.
